Sunday Appointment and the Summer Lull

It is not clear at the moment whether this was a one-time special event or whether Sunday appointments will become routine. I guess we'll find out over the coming months.

I should also note that since Pope Benedict XVI goes on vacation on Monday until the normal August recess, there will probably be a slow down in appointments generally. There will still be some, just not as many as usual. This is quite normal. Typically appointments return to a normal pace around mid-September.
