Archbishop-designate Jean Mbarga was named Archbishop of Yaoundé, Cameroon.

The archdiocese had been vacant since the resignation of Archbishop Simon-Victor Tonyé Bakot in July 2013.

Archbishop-designate Mbarga had been serving as Bishop of Ebolowa-Kribi and Apostolic Administrator of Yaoundé.

Bishop Bernardino Cruz Cortez was named Prelate of Infanta, Philippines.

The prelature had been vacant since then-Bishop Rolando Joven Tria Tirona, O.C.D. was named Archbishop of Caceres (Nueva Caceres) in September 2012. Bishop Cortez had been serving as Auxiliary Bishop of Manila.

Bishop Quesnel Alphonse, S.M.M. was named Bishop of Fort-Liberté, Haïti.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Max Leroy Mésidor was named Coadjutor Archbishop of Cap-Haïtien in November 2013.

Bishop Alphonse had been serving as Auxiliary Bishop of Port-au-Prince.
